Hi there friends! Here's a recipe that I would like to share with you all... Actually, it's the same recipe as the previous post I posted last time 'Butter Oats Biscuits' but this time, I wanna show you all how to make them look like piggy faces! It's a LOT of fun to make it & you'll get hooked in making them the whole day... Hehehe!
1) Add in 14 tablespoons of raw oats, 1 egg with egg yolk & 3 or 4 tablespoons of very soft margarine.
2) Mix them up well until it turns into a sticky oily dough.
3) Rub some plain flour onto the chopping board.
4) Roll the dough out until flat but not too thin & cut round shape using a cookie cutter & for the pig's nose, use a bottle cap.
5) Put the cutouts on a non-grease pan & use a straw to make the piggy's nostrils & eyes like shown below.
6) Put them in the oven & bake them for about 40 min at 180 degrees celcius until golden brown.
7) Once done, lay them out on a plate & let them cool down. Looks good doesn't it?
You can be creative too in making other animals & shapes like a bunny.
